Im going to japan for the first time, and am going to Hakuba. I was wondering what my options are with powder skiing. Are the tours/ lessons worth it? and also which is the best company?

I am, going to to Hakuba in January, and I need a new ski jacket and pants. I am spending 3 days in Tokyo, but have never been before. Can tell me good places for good quality ski wear?
