Nukabira is a huge local hill or a small resort, depending on the way you look at it. It's not Niseko so I won't compare Nukabira to it. What I like about it is that its cheap (you can ride from 10 to 2 for 2200yen), it has no crowds at all (I can still get fresh lines by 12:00 on powder days), its close to my house (Obihiro), and the setting/vistas are fantastic.
