Fujiten Snow Resort review
Fujiten is a great place for beginners to enjoy a day on the slopes. I usually go here once a season for a relaxing time on the hill as it's not to far from my homebase near Izu.

On clear days there are decent views up to Mt. Fuji. Barring one or two small sections the runs are exclusively for beginners. I've only ever seen manmade snow at this resort although I suppose that it gets the occasional fresh snow.

There isn't much in the way of park features here. Just a couple of rails, tables and small kickers.

Restaurant facilities are so-so and offer stand Japanese fare. The beer on tap is great.

Also, there are a few onsen nearby that are definitely worth checking out if have the time on the way home.
Date visited: From January, 2011
Snow condition on visit: Manmade, daiquiri-like
Things I liked: The beer
Things I didn't like: Small and crowded on the weekends
