Overall a good resort.

Long runs with a long gondola. Lots of warnings about not going off piste but hardly any ski patrol. I was going of the black run at the top. I waited until all the fencing had finished and just popped down under the gondola and cut across all the beginner cat tracks.

Really fun tree runs.

The beginner area is almost completely at the bottom so there were hardly any kids in my way.

Good apres ski with at least 3 bars! A rarity in Japan. The Aussies may take all the fresh powder but they are good for apres ski. One bummer was that the bus back to Tokyo left at 3pm! Way tooo early!
Date visited: From 16 January, 2010
Snow condition on visit: Good powder
Things I liked: Laid back staff, good tree runs, long gondola, begiiner slopes are well ou of the way.
Things I didn't like: The park wasn't open at the top yet, some flat cat tracks, the bus leaves at 3pm on Sundays back to Tokyo!
