Great Hotel, snow and slopes, no crowds.

Bad exerience having teeth knocked out by out-of-control and dangerous Korean skier while in board rack area. Ski patrol/Rusutsu staff did nothing to address/correct safety issue. Suggested putting a barrier net at entrance to rack area, to control stupid/dangerous skiers - no action taken.

Again, great place, looking forward to this season :

This place was almost in my backyard and the school where I taught was supplied with a season pass which was rarely used by anyone else.

Best snow is off the top lift where you'll usually be riding with only a handful of others. Some fun runs out of bounds and no ski patrol, but pretty short.

Great views of Hakodate mtn and across to Honshu on a clear day.

My favourite of the 3 ski jo in the area
