Yuzawa Town is located in the southern region of Niigata Prefecture, on the border with Gunma Prefecture. Yuzawa is just 80 minutes away from central Tokyo using the Joetsu Shinkansen train. The main Route 17 road runs through the town, as does the Kanetsu Expressway.

Naeba Prince Hotel is located at the base of the famous Naeba Ski Resort, about 20km from central Yuzawa town.

Free shuttle from Echigo Yuzawa Station:
A free shuttle bus is available 10 times a day between the hours of 9:15 am and 9:40 pm from Echigo Yuzawa Station. Head out the East Exit and you will find a Prince Hotel information booth where seats on the free shuttle can be booked.

Shuttle Bus from Tokyo:
Seibu Travel operates a daily morning shuttle bus service from Tokyo to Naeba which takes approximately 3 hours. Buses depart from Shinagawa Prince Hotel at 9am and Sunshine City (Ikebukuro) Prince Hotel at 9:40am, arriving in Naeba at 12:35pm. Return buses depart Naeba at 4pm and arrive at various locations in Tokyo between 7pm and 8:30pm. One-way tickets are 3500 yen for adults and 3000 yen for children. Advance bookings are required.
