Both apartments are fully equipped with cooking facilities and the supermarket is a short walk away. We can arrange a shopping trip to pick up supplies to Iiyama, the big town down the hill from Nozawa.
Within 5 minutes walk of the Apartments there are a host of restaurants providing a great variety of excellent quality Japanese, Italian, Chinese, and Western food and a couple of cool bars.

Information

Nozawa Onsen village is located to the north east of Nagano City, in the north eastern region of Nagano Prefecture. The village area and ski resort is about 6km off Route 117 when approaching from Nagano City, and just over 3km off Route 117 when approaching from the north. The Iiyama-sen local train line runs close by and stations close to Nozawa are Kamisakai Station and the larger Togari Nozawa Onsen Station (7km). Nozawa Onsen is a 15-20 minute bus ride from the Togari Nozawa Onsen Station. Nagano Station, serviced by the Nagano Shinkansen, is about 45km away. The nearest exit on the Joshinetsu Expressway is Toyota Iiyama IC, 20km away from Nozawa.

Take a private shuttle up to Nozawa direct from Narita or Chubu airports, jump on the bullet train and get to Nozawa in just a few hours, or take the bus all the way from Tokyo if you wan to save a few yen. Haro is perfect for those who want to experience the amazing skiing and onsen village of Nozawa while staying in complete comfort and privacy.

Nozawa Onsen, located about an hour and 20 minutes from Nagano City, is a skiers and boarders paradise. The ski resort offers over a kilometre of vertical descent and a huge area of varied terrain.
