Hakuba village is located in the north western region of Nagano Prefecture and is about an hour road journey from central Nagano City and Nagano Station.
The local Oito train line and Route 148 road both run through the village.
The Hakuba area is easily accessed from three expressways and around an hour drive from each. The Azumino IC exit on the Nagano Expressway is about 50km to the south of the central Hakuba Station area (access via Route 147 and Route 148). The Nagano IC exit on the Joshinetsu Expressway is about 45km to the east of the central Hakuba Station area (access via Route 19, Prefecture Road 31 and Prefecture Road 31). The Itoigawa IC exit on the Hokuriku Expressway is about 45km to the north of the central Hakuba Station area (access via Route 148).

Vaughan is a qualified chef and takes pride in the quality of the food served.
The lodge is located in a quiet spot in the village, though close to all amenities. A home trail gives ski-in access from Escal Plaza.
Snowbird offers a relaxed, friendly and helpful place for you to enjoy the Japanese sking experience.
Goryu is linked with Hakuba47 and shares the same lift pass, giving access to a large area of sking or boarding. Hakuba47 also has a large terrain park.
Free shuttles connect Goryu to other resorts in Hakuba.
