A very hazy but bright morning again here and temperatures are set to zoom right up to 20C and possibly even a little higher than that.
There's a chance of some rain in the day tomorrow and then over the weekend, when temperatures will probably drop back down to single digits.

Morning from Niseko.
It is cloudy and overcast morning with pretty poor visibility and apparently some quite strong winds on mountain which is preventing top lifts from opening at the start of the day. We might get rained on as well this morning but hopefully it will be short-lived. More rain is due around Friday but in higher areas it should be snowing. Would be great to see some down at base too. A cover of fresh snow covering the increasingly rather dirty looking snow would be nice!
Tuesday 3rd April 2018
Resort specific information (operations subject to change):
Lifts info: - King Number 1 and 2 and Ace Number 4 lifts rested. - Other lifts should be operating but top King Number 4 on hold at the moment due to strong winds - It also seems that all of the Hanazono lifts are on hold at time of writing
The sun is out again this morning. There is some thin cloud around and a hazy feel to the skies. Sun and warm temperatures is what we can expect during the day.
Come tomorrow, there might be some rain later in the day.
The forecast remains interesting for the weekend when it should be getting colder. Unfortunately we might endure rain but there is a chance of some fresh snowfall especially higher up on the mountain. Bonus!
