September has been generally hot in Yuzawa, still reaching temperatures over 30 degrees on many days.
The good news though is that the temperatures have generally dropped considerably over the last week or so and it is starting to feel like autumn. Today it only reached 17 degrees and it currently very cool this evening. It feels good to be able to live without the air conditioners!
It looks like the weekend should bring some generally fine weather with perhaps slightly warmer temperatures next week - but nothing hot. Autumn is often a fine time to be in the region especially later on in October when the leaves on the trees turn into spectacular reds, purples and yellows.
From now on we plan to update this Yuzawa Now page weekly with the latest. Read more ...
