An early report this morning. Feel sorry for your reporter on this last regular day of the season, out there in the heavy rain (yes, rain) and occasional wind (yes, wind will be up through the day).

It's been a real March of a March, and today is no exception. I'm only out there because of a race that needs gatekeepers and such; more of the joys of a tight community and civic pride etc.

The only interesting thing is heavy snow up high, the forecast says, as the freezing line starts to come back down the mountain one more time. Looks like it will continue to yo-yo a bit; the SnowJapan forecast even has the possibility of snow next Friday (yow!).

I'll sum up the season a bit tomorrow, after I've dried off.
