The rain has ended, and a light dusting of snow fell in the early night. There are still some horrible crunchies under the soft new stuff, but that should soften up again once some more snow falls — and the forecast is for more during the day. That does mean a bit of caution offpiste, though, as new snow sits on what could be a smooth, hard surface.

Freezing rain fell until about 8pm last night (very strange; it was about -2° at base level), but no official reports this morning of lift closures or delays due to icing. Time for the next cycle to move in and erase the gray!
