We're back to snow again today, after a bit of sun yesterday that faded into clouds by the end of the ski day. With the snowman mark up for most reports for the rest of the week, conditions should stay good.

A first casual snowpit dig yesterday on a south-facing slope shows that things are pretty stable now; there was some rain crust way down at about 120cm, but it's well consolidated with the snow above, which, in typical Myoko style was nice and increasingly firm all the way down. A little suncrust yesterday to keep an eye on in the coming days, as it was cold and clear last night before the snow started coming down. But we're already ahead of most of last year as far as those bushes and small trees are concerned (meaning they're disappearing under the snowpack).
