A cold early morning actually this morning with temperatures down to around freezing here in the village. Quickly warming up again as we have another morning with no clouds and clear, blue skies all around.

Beautiful. A fine morning to be out on the mountains.

Temperatures nudging up towards 20 degrees at their highest over the next few days and the weather should be clear and fine for the weekend.

It was on the cards for a while but the (increasingly) narrow course that Goryu had been maintaining going back down to Gondola base on the lower Toomi area is now closed for the season... nature dictates, but they did well to keep it going until now. So now you need to get back down from the upper slopes via the Gondola. Still lots of snow up there though. Hakuba 47 is now the only skijo where you can slide back down to base.
