Good to see the sun back this morning over Hakuba.

I was over at Goryu yesterday. The main base slope is now almost completely clear of snow and there's just that very narrow course going back down to the Gondola. Hakuba 47 are still doing well keeping their lower slope open too. Some parts of the winding Route 7 are snow-less, so you need to take Route 1 straight down or take the Gondola.

Still, great cover remains up on the upper slopes and not many people getting out there to enjoy the spring conditions.

There's not long left to enjoy it now as we have now entered the final two weeks of the season at the Hakuba resorts.

Last day: Tuesday 6th May.
