Morning from Hakuba and as expected it wasn't as cold overnight and this morning as what we had yesterday.

The clouds that were hanging around in the morning yesterday were for the most part gone by noon leaving us with a beautiful blue sky day. Some clouds had started to appear again by late afternoon.

No new snowfall to report from most places this morning though I see Hakuba Cortina are reporting 2cm.

It is a much cloudier morning and some mixed conditions early on. -3C in the village at 9am. A bit of snow trying to fall, mostly cloudy, but also some areas of blue sky and sun as well. Looks like it is snowing on the mountains at the moment and limited visibility in some places as well.

We're all hoping that we're on the front end of a new delivery of snow that is due tomorrow and Saturday. Let it be heavy (but light and dry) please!

Let's see how things are looking tomorrow morning...
