Morning from Hakuba.

And after that nice and warm feel-good day yesterday, sadly it's raining this morning. Not heavy but persistent and raining higher up too. We are hoping it will ease off this morning though and perhaps there might even be some sunshine later on.

The rest of the week looks like it should be generally fine weather too. It's going to be fairly chilly today but come the latter part of the week we will see things warming up again. And possibly the warmth will be here to stay this time.

All four of the resorts are still open. Updated details for each below.

Hakuba 47:
Almost all of the courses at Hakuba 47 remain open.
The lower part of Route 7 is closed, but you can still ride down using Route 1.
The Tree Riding Zone gates are closed for the season.

Upper: 115cm

Hakuba Goryu:
The upper areas remain open.
The Champion Expert Course is now closed.
The lower (and now extremely narrow) Toomi course can be used to get back down to base - I doubt that will remain much longer!

Hakuba Happo-one:
The upper areas that remain open are Riesen Grat, Usagidaira, Kurobishi, Panorama and Skyline.
All of the base areas are now closed - use the Gondola or Sakka Kita-one lifts to get up to the open areas and back down to base.
