Good morning from Appi,

Cloudy skies today with some light snow falling and a temperature of -5 outside my door. The wind is picking up and you can expect a nice breeze most of the day here especially at the summit. We can expect a few cm of snow fall today. Yesterday brought us another good dump and it’s actually stayed making those heading out today extremely happy. Mt.Nishimori was a great place yesterday with very little traffic on the runs at all. In fact that goes for the whole mountain.

The forecast for the next few days will bring us a dusting of snow and maybe higher temperatures on Thursday. Winds will die down throughout the week until Friday when they return to spoil our fun. Overall the mountain is in great shape and you’ll be missing an awful lot of new powder if you’re not here for the next day or so.

Come and join us.
