Tokyo! You can leave Tokyo early in the morning and actually
be on the slopes riding the powder snow by 8am! Check this

GALA Yuzawa?
GALA Yuzawa is located in Yuzawa Town,
Niigata Prefecture - about 200km to the north of Tokyo - and
each season sees huge amounts of snowfall and excellent
snow conditions.
How do I get
to GALA Yuzawa?
Either by the Joetsu Shinkansen direct from Tokyo or take the
Kanetsu Expressway to Yuzawa I.C. GALA Yuzawa is located
about 3km from Yuzawa I.C. For more information on how to

Three Mountain ticket:
Theese tickets are valid at Yuzawa Kogen and Ishiuchi Maruyama as
well as Gala Yuzawa. This ticket is on sale for use between
26th December until 28th March 2010.
1 day ticket: Adults, 4900 yen; Children/Seniors, 4,000 yen
2 day ticket: Adults, 7,900 yen; Children/Seniors, 6,400 yen
