It takes between 5 and 6 hours to get between the airport and Hakuba. We schedule 2 rest stops along the way at highway parking areas that have bathrooms, convenience stores and vending machines.

Check In

On arrival please proceed to our check in counter located between the A and B zone exits at Narita Airport Terminal 2. Our friendly bilingual staff will check you in and advise you of the bus departure location and time.

Buses

Buses are fully licensed under the Japanese road safety law, and are of an excellent quality. Seat pitch is greater than most buses, and we only allow up to 75% of the seats on any bus to be occupied as we understand that snow enthusiasts often travel with a lot of luggage.

Operator

This service is operated by JHN Travel Ltd located in Hakuba Village.  We have a class 2 travel agents license which allows us to operate this service under the Travel Agents Law of Japan. All funds paid to JHN Travel LTD are covered by the bond we have lodged with the All Nippon Travel agents association.
