Only photos that are assigned to
one of the seven resorts in Yuzawa Town (mentioned above)
will be valid for this competition.
Only new photos
from the 2007/2008 winter season that are uploaded between
November 2007 and 31st May 2008 are valid.
Conditions:
If you are chosen as a winner and you accept
the prize, your winning photo(s) will be displayed on
a special page on Snow
Japan and possibly also on the Yuzawa Tourism
Association website (up until the end of the October
2009).
The winner(s)
may also have the chance of Yuzawa using their photo
for official Yuzawa print & marketing materials.
(If Yuzawa wishes to use the photo for such
purposes, they will ask the winner for permission to
do so).
If you are chosen as the winner of the
competition but you are not able to - or for some
reason do not wish to - accept the prize, that's
fine. If that
happens, just let us know and we will
then choose a replacement winner.
These prizes are strictly NOT transferable.
If you win and cannot accept and use the prize
yourself please let us know. You cannot pass
them on to anyone
else.
There is no limit to the number of photos that
you can upload to enter this competition.
All prizes are valid for for the
08/09 season. (Any restrictions on usage of
the tickets will be decided on by resort policy -
not by Snow Japan. Such policies are at this
time not fixed). It goes
without saying that if you upload
a photo of a non-Yuzawa resort but assign it to one
of the Yuzawa resorts on the upload form (in a bid
to enter the competition), your photo will be
deleted and you will be banned from the contest. |
