COMPANY NAME:	JAPAN FRESH POWDER Japan Fresh Powder is an innovative company who own and operate several high quality accommodation complexes.
Location:	Hokkaido
Type of employment available:	General Manager
Job details:	We are seeking a dynamic, results orientated individual. This position requires a highly motivated person with exceptional management and customer service skills. This position requires a large amount of autonomy so a proven track record of management and achieving results is required.
Qualifications required:	Ideally we are seeking a person(s) who: Holds a degree in Business Administration/Hotel Management Is bilingual in Japanese and English – Level 2 JLPT or similar Is computer literate in Microsoft office, windows and PMS systems Has a basic understanding of web based applications. Is enthusiastic and outgoing Is able to oversee all facets of the management and operation of the business Can independently manage staff Is prepared to work long hours when seasonally required Has experience in providing financial reports Is able to attain the tasks set of them Previous experience in the hotel/accommodation management will be considered a distinct advantage for this position.
Period of work:	Permanent Position
Japanese language ability requirements:	Japanese language proficiency (particularly telephone and business Japanese) is a strong asset.
Salary:	290,000 yen per month (plus bonuses totaling approximately 300,000-500,000 yen per year) Benefits: Company Car (limited personal use allowed)
