About SnowJapan 'Places to Stay'

In our 'Places to Stay' section, we introduce accommodations in popular ski and snowboard regions around Japan.

Please note the following about our Places to Stay listings:

	SnowJapan is not a travel agency and we do not deal directly with hotel bookings or enquiries.
	Contact details for each listing are provided within each page. Many of these are direct contacts at the accommodation, though a small number are to individuals/agents who take care of English-language bookings for that particular accommodation - at the accommodations request.
	If you fill out a Booking Request form on the Places to Stay section, the results of that form will be sent directly to the hotel (or whoever is responsible for that hotels English bookings). Remember that it is 'request' and NOT a formal, confirmed booking. Please wait to hear from the accommodation to reply and then proceed from there.
	Other than the form on the page, you can also contact the accommodations directly via email/fax/telephone as well as visit the specified webpage (where posted). Please do mention SnowJapan if you make contact this way.
	SnowJapan does not own and is not affiliated with any of the accommodations listed in our Places to Stay section.
	SnowJapan has no direct control over any of the properties listed in the section and it is impossible for us to check each and every detail. The detail on the pages are provided by the accommodation. Of course, we do what we can to make sure that places are what they say they are.
	It is extremely important to us that people have a good experience with anything connected to our site and we are concerned about the quality of accuracy of the information posted on our pages. If for some reason you have a less than satisfactory experience, please do let us know as we want to hear about it and we will investigate.
	We are not able to provide further details than those already on the pages. We are also not able to recommend any particular accommodation or area over another.... it's really not our place to do that.
	The accommodations listed on our site are there because they have shown a real interest in appealing to non-Japanese guests.
	SnowJapan is not in the business of trying to promote any one particular region of Japan over another. The fact that there are more listings for one region than another is probably a good indication of the general popularity of the regions as well as the number of accommodations in that region that are actively trying to reach the non-Japanese market.
	If you have suggestions of hotels that you think might want to be listed on SnowJapan - both in regions that are not yet covered as well as those already covered - please do let us know at the address below.
