How Was It For You Yuzawa
2002/2003 Season

This time we take a look at the statistics from many of the main snow resorts in the two most popular snow sports regions of Niigata Prefecture during the 2002/2003 season. While 'ski-jo' can be found dotted around other mountains of the prefecture, there are two main snow sports regions - to the north of Gunma with nearly 40 resorts in the Minamiuonuma region (Yuzawa/Shiozawa/Muikamachi), and the resorts in the Joetsu region of Niigata (Myoko/Arai), to the north of Nagano. Please note that the statistics on this page are for the period from December 2002 until March 2003.
