It was a sunny day yesterday but the temperature was low enough to prevent melting. It's cloudy now with some occassional snow showers. Southern wind, which will become even stronger in the afternoon, is prevailing today and is expected to bring rain at the village level tonight and tomorrow. The temperature should drop down tomorrow so it should be pretty icy if it does rain tonight. It is also expected to snow lightly every day for the next several days.

The temperature wasn't very low today but because of fairly strong wind it felt really cold. It didn't snow yesterday in the village in spite of a stormy forecast. But it snowed at the top of the mountains, and there was some fresh powder to enjoy. It is cold and sunny at the moment with some occassional light snow showers. It'll be windy today and even more windy tomorrow. Tomorrow is expected to be warm with some snow.

It was a great skiing day yesterday with good snow, awesome views and very few people. It's a cloudy morning today but the afternoon forecast looks very promising with more than 10cm of snow expected throughout today. The temperature is fairly low today so the snow should be good quality. The temperature should go up on Friday, and some rain is expected on the village level on Friday.

Another nice report today. It was an excellent day yesterday with about 10cm of fresh powder and very few people on the slopes. You could ski for the whole day in the trees and see only your tracks. Visiability improved in the afternoon, and you could enjoy breathtaking views on top of that. There's again about 5-7cm of lightest powder this morning. It should be great skiing on and off piste today.

Finally, there's something to report today. After a sunny and cold day yeterday we got about to 5-7cm of awesome powder this morning, and what is even more exciting it is snowing at the moment. The visiability is poor but it's worth the snow we are getting. It should be great skiing today with all this fresh snow and very few people on the slopes. It'll snow for the major part of the week, and Wednesday and Friday night/Saturday are expected to be really snowy.

It didn't snow through the whole yesterday in spite of the promising morning. The day was mostly sunny with good visiability but icy slopes. The temperature dropped in the evening and will negative for the next several days. Light snow is expected from today's afternoon over the night and throughout tomorrow. There's a good snowfall expected on Wednesday, and let's hope that this time it'll really happen.

It was mostly cloudy through the day yesterday. We got only several cm of snow while Eastern Hokkaido received quite a lot. People were complaining there on walking knee deep in heavy snow. The village level was warm and grey while the situation on the slopes was a bit better. And it was actually possible to find some good runs even through the trees. It is snowing lightly now, and it looks like it'll continue snowing through the day as well as the next several days. The temperature is expected to go down from tomorrow, which gives a hope that snow will be of good quality.
